terms of service
Timeframes
• Turnaround time greatly depends on type of commission. I aim to complete smaller pieces within 1-4 weeks. Larger or more intricate pieces may take up to 12 weeks.• If I feel your commission may be substantially delayed, I will let you know as soon as possible.• If you require a piece completed within a set timeframe, please let me know before commissioning me.
Process
• Once I begin your commission, I will send a sketch for approval. This is for any feedback or changes you may need. Once I am past the line art stage I will charge 5-10% for any changes unless I have made an error.• The sketch vs the finished product may be subject to slight adjustments as I refine the piece.• Please have a clear reference ready! It doesn't have to be perfect but let me know any important details before I start. I am happy to improvise on things such as clothing or screenshots.• I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. You will be reimbursed proportionate to the progress made if you've already paid. Otherwise you will receive a full refund.
PAYMENT
• Commissions can be paid for Via Paypal or Square invoice.• I may accept payment plans for larger commissions. This is decided on a case by case basis. High res/unwatermarked versions won't be sent over until payment is completed in full• I won't start a commission until at least partial payment is sent• No refunds after the commission is complete. Refunds before completion will be proportionate to how much I have completed
USAGE
• You are free to crop/resize/add text or edit your commisison in any way you need for your social media icons/banners/website etc• You may repost your commission onto your social media accounts with credit• You may get your commission physically printed for shirts/prints/stickers/mugs etc for personal use or gifts.•You can also use your commission for personal art projects• Do not use my art for NFTS or AI• I charge an extra fee to allow commercial use of my artwork.• This only applies if you aim to directly profit from my artwork (eg. merch whether made by yourself or via a POD company)
